We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zwift gear and hardware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
